Spiritual Direction at St. Paschal

Spiritual direction is increasingly sought by people today who desire to have a deeper relationship with God and would like to have someone guide them in that search. The gift of spiritual direction is the process of deepening your relationship with God. It is a privileged time and place to confidentially reflect upon this relationship in the company of a trusted person, always keeping in mind that the Holy Spirit is the true director. The focus of meetings with a spiritual director is your life with God as lived out in all your experiences. These meetings can be helpful during those times when God seems distant, as well as when you are keenly aware of God’s presence in your life. In times of transition, a director may help you discern the next direction in your life – what God desires for you. You and your spiritual director decide how often to meet.
